KUANG SI WATERFALL & SUNSET CRUISE

Morning – Kuang Si Waterfall Adventure
After breakfast, your guide will meet you at your hotel before departing by private air-conditioned vehicle towards Kuang Si Waterfall.
Enjoy a scenic drive through traditional Lao countryside, passing rice fields, small villages and mountain landscapes.
Upon arrival at Kuang Si Waterfall, explore the beautiful forest trails and turquoise limestone pools. You will have free time to swim, relax or hike to the upper viewpoint for panoramic views of the waterfall.
Visit the nearby Free The Bears Rescue Centre where rescued Asiatic black bears are protected and cared for.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near the waterfall.
Afternoon – Mekong Sunset Cruise
Return to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon before boarding a traditional Mekong River boat.
Cruise peacefully along the Mekong River while observing local riverside life, fishing boats and mountain scenery as the sun slowly sets over northern Laos.
Return to your hotel in the evening.

1. Booking and Payment

Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the tour departure.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash (USD, LAK, THB) and Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard). Please note a 3% transaction fee applies to card payments.
2. Cancellation and Refunds

48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of the balance (excluding the 30% deposit).

24–48 Hours Notice: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Less than 24 Hours / No Show: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.

Force Majeure: If Mekong Spirit Travel cancels a tour due to extreme weather or safety concerns, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
3. Travel Insurance & Health

Insurance: It is a condition of booking that all travelers have valid personal travel insurance covering medical expenses and accidents.

Fitness Level: Guests are responsible for choosing a tour suitable for their physical ability. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions (allergies) in advance.
4. Passports and Visas

Guests must carry a valid passport. For tours involving the Lao-China Railway (High-Speed Train), a clear copy of your passport is required at least 3 days in advance for ticket registration.

We reserve the right to modify tour routes or activities due to river levels, weather conditions, or local government regulations to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
