Booking and Payment
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the tour departure.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash (USD, LAK, THB) and Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard). Please note a 3% transaction fee applies to card payments.
Cancellation and Refunds
48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of the balance (excluding the 30% deposit).
24–48 Hours Notice: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 24 Hours / No Show: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
Force Majeure: If Mekong Spirit Travel cancels a tour due to extreme weather or safety concerns, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Travel Insurance & Health
Insurance: It is a condition of booking that all travelers have valid personal travel insurance covering medical expenses and accidents.
Fitness Level: Guests are responsible for choosing a tour suitable for their physical ability. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions (allergies) in advance.
Passports and Visas
Guests must carry a valid passport. For tours involving the Lao-China Railway (High-Speed Train), a clear copy of your passport is required at least 3 days in advance for ticket registration.

Mekong Spirit Travel acts as an intermediary for transport and local activities. While we maintain high safety standards, we are not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained outside of our direct control.

We reserve the right to modify tour routes or activities due to river levels, weather conditions, or local government regulations to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
