Tour Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the tour departure.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash (USD, LAK, THB) and Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard). Please note a 3% transaction fee applies to card payments.

Cancellation and Refunds
48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of the balance (excluding the 30% deposit).
24–48 Hours Notice: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 24 Hours / No Show: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
Force Majeure: If Mekong Spirit Travel cancels a tour due to extreme weather or safety concerns, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Travel Insurance & Health
Insurance: It is a condition of booking that all travelers have valid personal travel insurance covering medical expenses and accidents.
Fitness Level: Guests are responsible for choosing a tour suitable for their physical ability. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions (allergies) in advance.

Passports and Visas
Guests must carry a valid passport. For tours involving the Lao-China Railway (High-Speed Train), a clear copy of your passport is required at least 3 days in advance for ticket registration.

Itinerary Changes
